  • Do you have limitations on where your rentals can be used?

    No! You can take our rentals anywhere you'd like. We do not restrict the use of the boats or gear to specific mileage distance from our stores. Paddle your heart out anywhere you can drive it, or test out that tent you've been wanting deep in some out-of-state mountains.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Sherper's has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We must receive notice of any cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your start time, or we will collect the full rental charge for your reservation.

  • Can I pick up my daily rental before 10:00 AM?

    Definitely give us a call to check on the status of your rental gear, and if your rental equipment has already been returned by the previous customer, cleaned, and processed to be ready for your pick up, we are more than happy to let you come grab it early right when our store opens at 9:00 AM. Just make sure to call and check first! :)

  • What is included with my watersport rental?

    All canoe, kayak, and stand up paddleboard rentals come with basic transportation equipment, which includes foam blocks and tie-down straps. All rentals also come with a paddle and life jacket for each person in the rental, and it is required to take these with you.

  • When is my rental due back? What if I'm late?

    All daily rentals are due back at 10:00 AM of the next day. All weekly rentals are due back at 10:00 AM of the next morning after their last rental day. Due to high demand, we need to make sure we can accommodate the next customer who will be using your rental equipment, and any late returns will be charged two full daily rental fees.

  • Can my rental be used towards to the purchase of a new canoe, kayak, or stand up paddle board?

    Yes! Sherper's lets you apply up to $90 in rental fees towards any kayak, canoe or SUP purchase within 60 days of your rental(s). Ask an employee for more details!
